Cancellation Request

Pro Fitness Gym Cancellation Policy: A member may cancel their Monthly 12 Month Contract membership at any time after the initial commencement date by notifying Pro Fitness via this form completed in-person or online. Your membership will be canceled within 30 days of a request for cancellation. Membership Cancellation fee is $75 KYD payable prior to cancellation. Memberships paid in full cannot be refunded however, the credit can be transferred to another member or the membership can be temporarily frozen. If a letter certified by a medical physician states that you are no longer able to engage in physical exercise, your membership can be canceled at no extra charge.
