Urgent: Ensure Pro Fitness Member Portal Access By May 20th, 2024

Dear Pro Fitness Members,


We hope this email finds you well and thriving. As previously mentioned, we are excited to upgrade to a new membership management platform to enhance your experience at Pro Fitness Gym. All Existing memberships have been migrated to the new system and all billing will take place on the new platform. This is a friendly reminder to ensure you have access to the new Member Portal prior to May 20th, 2024.


**If you are not able to access your account using your email and after a password reset, you will not have access to the facility and you will need to contact us to resolve**


**Important Action Required:**


To avoid any interruption in your access to the gym, please follow these steps:


  1. **Access the Member Portal:** Ensure you can log into the new Member Portal.


 This portal will be crucial for managing your membership details and bookings.

Please also review all of your profile details and update if necessary.


You may be required to sign the terms in the member portal before your access is granted.


  1. **Download the GYM MASTER App:** Visit your app store to download the GYM MASTER app. This app will help you keep tabs on your account and use the access control system seamlessly until you collect your new key fob.





**Key Dates to Remember:**


– **May 20th, 2024:** Transition to the new member management system. Your current key fobs may no longer work from this date, so it’s essential to have the app ready for gym access.


– **New Key Fob Collection:** Another email will be sent out with details on when and how to collect your new key fob.


We understand that this transition may bring some challenges, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Our aim is to make this upgrade as smooth as possible for you, enhancing your overall experience with us. With this new integration, you can view your membership details, payment history, make payments and more. The goal is to streamline your membership management process and give you control over your membership details without needing to inquire with staff.


Please also be advised that your payments were previously processed manually and the date/time would vary. The new membership management system is automated and set at a specific date monthly and for some members this means that the billing date would have been close to the last time payment would capture manually. We apologise for any inconvenience the transition may cause in advance and look forward to a smooth experience after the first month of transition.
