A member may cancel their membership at any time after the initial commencement date by notifying PRO FITNESS via this form completed in-person or online. Your membership will be canceled within 30 days of a request for cancellation. Membership Cancellation fee is $125 KYD payable prior to cancellation. You are responsible for all outstanding balances on the account prior to cancellation and authorize card used to cancel to be used to facilitate the payment of any outstanding balance. Memberships paid in full cannot be refunded however, the credit can be transferred to another member or the membership can be temporarily frozen. If a letter certified by a medical physician states that you are no longer able to engage in physical exercise, your membership can be canceled at no extra charge.
