Jack is an awesome PT trainer. He is very knowledgeable and explains every exercise we do, which I find very useful and appreciate!! He is very organized and and the sessions with him feel really personalized because he doesn’t employ a one stop shop training!! In one word I can truly say Jack Payne-Walker is an AWESOME TRAINER at Pro-Fitness Gym in Savannah.
He is a great motivator, patient, very educational and has a good sense of humor. With his great qualities, I really enjoyed my training with him while achieving more than I expected. As a senior I had trouble bending, lifting light stuff, kneeling and walking up stairs. Today I am able to do all of the above without any difficulty.
I highly recommend Jack without any hesitation. I myself hope to see him again in the near future.
